I have a first class BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy from York St John University and a first class BSc (Hons) degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Leeds Beckett University. I also hold a sports massage qualification.
Throughout university I have helped people of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals both in and out of sport. I am passionate about getting people back to their best and I utilise a range of skills such as specific exercise prescription and manual therapy to do so.
Outside of work you will most likely find me running around an athletics track or strength training in the gym. Throughout my years of being surrounded by athletes and competing at a high level myself, I have become enthusiastic about injury prevention and maximising performance.
