Absolutely excellent! I went to 2 other physios before finding Excel and Adi and it was a revelation.
I finally felt like a was being properly diagnosed and getting a clear path to getting back to where I want to be.
Adi checked me over thoroughly and then took me to the gym area to demonstrate the exercises he assigned, all of which I later got in a follow up email with instructions on sets, reps and frequency for the week!
Friendly, professional and attentive are just a few of the words I would use to describe my experience and I highly recommend Adi and Excel to everyone!

Had an on ongoing calf injury for a while then went to Adi and the rehab program he designed for me got me ready for a marathon and had no calf pain since then. Could not recommend enough

I've seen Tom a number of times over the years for various sporting injuries and can highly recommend him. On every occasion he has been professional, thorough and has quickly and correctly identified the issue. He is always friendly, has a positive, can do attitude, and will do everything he can to get you back to full fitness as quickly as possible.

I've had Adi helping me with my ACL tear for a few months now. He is professional, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to look after his clients. Facilities are smart and clean and plenty of parking.

When our daughter came down with a knee injury that she couldnβt shake for months, friends from her JPL team recommended Adi.
We took her along and Adi identified the issue (actually quad and hamstring rather than knee) and gave her exercises to strengthen them. Within a few weeks she was back playing at full strength.
Weβll certainly be going back if anything else crops up through the season!
