Charlotte was exceptional in helping my dad who has been struggling with mobility in his legs for over a year. Unfortunately a GP diagnosis of bursitis with little action to help ease his pain has resulted in a year long issue with my dad being limited in his walking ability with a lot of pain. It was looking like a long term problem that was putting my parent’s life on hold. After meeting Charlotte and hearing about how she can help her clients with mobility and ease of joint pain, and hearing her enthusiasm and devotion to her work and the qualifications she has achieved, I recommended my dad make an appointment to see her with the feeling there was ‘nothing to lose’ but with the belief the she could help. I was not wrong. Both my mum and were very impressed by the advice and help Charlotte gave and her commitment to her work, along with her qualifications.
My dad having a heart problem, currently waiting for a heart operation, is significantly hampered in his ability to exert himself, but has reported that in just three weeks the exercises Charlotte gave him have significantly reduced the pain he has in his legs, now having the mobility to climb stairs which he had struggled to do. My mum is benefitting from doing these exercises also, with both my mum and dad motivating each other to continue with them daily. I would highly recommend Charlotte and the Excel Sports Clinic to anyone needing to improve mobility and increase their performance. Charlotte is lovely lady who is easy to get on with, is very enthusiastic and motivated in her work, and is clearly passionate about helping people. Thank you very much.
